This role contributes to positive outcomes for individuals, employers and communities, while ensuring services meet program requirements under: Disability Employment Services (DES) National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Department of Social Services (DSS) Key responsibilities include: Supporting clients through face-to-face and telehealth appointments Assisting clients to prepare for, apply for and secure suitable employment Providing ongoing support to clients and employers to ensure successful onboarding and job retention Working in a culturally respectful, strengths-based and person-centred way Please view the Position Description for further details. About You We are looking for someone who is committed to empowering people and communities through employment. You will bring: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Disability Services, or equivalent relevant experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to obtain (desirable) Experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, career development or related fields An understanding of government employment programs and systems Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work respectfully with diverse communities Lived experience, cultural knowledge and connection to community are highly valued and welcomed.
