Operations Specialist About the role We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support process improvement, analytics, compliance, and service performance across Western Australia. In this role, you will help identify improvement opportunities, analyse data, support audits, and assist with projects that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Location: FedEx Perth Hub – Welshpool, 6106 Responsibilities Analyse operational data and performance metrics (including SRMs and ad‑hoc reporting). Conduct regular audits and support compliance and quality programs. Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with SOP development, process documentation, and root cause analysis. Support improvement projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Help deliver change initiatives, training materials, and workshops. Work closely with operations, frontline teams, and leadership to share insights and recommendations. The successful applicant will have: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or SharePoint highly regarded. Understanding of QDM, Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies. Clear and confident communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities.
