You will be responsible for scoping, planning and managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting and financial management. Key responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering building and infrastructure projects across all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope development, procurement, contract coordination and delivery management. Managing project administration, governance, reporting and financial controls to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. Leading and coordinating project teams, consultants and contractors while managing risks, issues, dependencies and change. Building strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders and leading effective communication and engagement activities to support project outcomes. Postgraduate qualifications (or progress toward them) in construction management, project management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Demonstrated experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle. Proven experience in procurement activities, including consultant and contractor selection and contract coordination. Strong financial management capability, including budget management, forecasting and payment processes. Experience using project management and reporting systems such as MS Project and other enterprise applications, or the ability to quickly adapt to new tools. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and support project teams, hold delivery partners accountable, and contribute to mentoring and development of others.
