About the job The Client Director is responsible for how the client team works and how those clients review us as media partners. You are the main point of contact for key client contacts, and you deal with multiple client stakeholders as the client expert. What's in it for you? Responsible for developing client management plans with Snr Client Director or Group Director. Leadership of all client interactions with strategy, design, partnerships and strategic business units Ownership of the activity overview and quality control of the connections planning process and being part of the final sign-off on the connections plan with ultimate responsibility laying with the Group Director. Establish and lead campaign analysis and optimisation framework; this involved being tapped into all client news and social feeds as well as the campaign results. Developing proactive solutions that deliver against client business objectives. Who you are You have extensive experience in planning across all channels Has a clear demonstration of problem solving skills and comes solutions ready. Has the ability to successfully manage the client relationship and is responsive to feedback. Up to date with the communications industry and how it impacts your client's business. Natural and convincing presenter at all client interactions. Ability to manage a productive and happy project team.
