Join Pro AV Solutions as an Accounts Receivable Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Finance team from our Milton office. This role offers a great opportunity to build your skills and grow within the Accounts function of a well-established business. What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll support the end-to-end AR function and play a key role in keeping our accounts running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Head of Finance to complete the full function Accounts Receivable role on a weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly basis Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner Applying and allocating payments correctly Completing project financial reconciliations Assisting with collections and customer follow-ups Performing bank account reconciliations Providing ad hoc support across the accounts team as required Who we’re looking for You’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working with numbers and systems. You adapt easily, communicate well, and take pride in getting the details right. You’ll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role A solid understanding of basic accounting principles Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Experience with Ostendo (or the willingness to learn – training provided) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance Our offer to you A salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant/s based on qualifications and experience.
