As a Shannons Recoveries & Settlements Litigation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring each case progresses efficiently, settlement opportunities are identified, and customers are supported with care and clarity. Your work helps customers get back on the road while contributing to fair, timely, and compliant outcomes. You’ll be trusted to make decisions that balance financial, operational, and customer considerations. By taking ownership of your claims, applying sound judgement, and communicating clearly, you’ll create a positive experience for customers and support the broader team’s goals.
