AUDIT DIRECTOR / RCA – BUNDABERG / BRISBANE – (Job ID 1298) Ready to step into a senior leadership role? Want to directly support a Partner’s workload and drive long-term business growth? Live in Brisbane or Bundaberg, QLD? A nationally recognised accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Director to join the team. The Role: Act as a Registered Company Auditor (RCA) to support and reduce the workload of one of the firm’s Partners Lead and manage a diverse portfolio including listed companies, large private groups, mining exploration, manufacturing, construction and Audit Office appointed engagements Oversee complex audit assignments, risk management reviews and regulatory compliance reporting Conduct special reports and investigations tailored to client needs Collaborate closely with other divisions, including corporate finance and tax Mentor, develop and lead a high-performing audit team Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries While the Audit team is based in Bundaberg, the right candidate may also be considered for the Brisbane office, depending on experience and fit.
