Operating for many years within the care services sector, our client is committed to delivering consistent, customer-centred care. About the Appointment Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad and hands-on leadership role suited to a Finance Manager who enjoys partnering with operations while leading a finance team. You will manage a team of four and take ownership of the finance function across a multi-entity structure. Key responsibilities include: Financial management and reporting across multiple entities Revenue management across varied service streams Leading budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities Compliance, audit and regulatory reporting Oversight of payroll Driving process and system improvements About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Aged Care or with the NDIS. Working across a multi-entity, multi-stream environment is seen as highly desirable but not essential. Given the nature of the role, you will possess the ability to engage and partner with operational and senior leaders as well as manage your own team; building a collaborative team culture where teamwork and continuous improvement are core pillars.
