Position Overview Senior Talent Acquisition Partners at Civeo play a key role in delivering high-quality, proactive recruitment outcomes within Civeo’s pod-based recruitment model. This is a high volume and fast paced environment in recruiting hospitality and utility staff across our Western Australian villages. Own end-to-end recruitment, candidate selection, stakeholder relationships, and recruitment campaign execution. The role also provides guidance to hiring managers, mentors TA Partners within the pod, and contributes to workforce planning and strong business continuity. Key Responsibilities Uplift capability within your assigned recruitment pod to support consistency, collaboration and high-quality recruitment outcomes. Partner with hiring managers to guide interview processes, selection criteria and candidate evaluation, enabling confident, informed hiring decisions. Champion a superior candidate experience through transparent communication, timely updates and proactive support throughout all recruitment stages. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation, employment contract creation, and handover to onboarding. Build and maintain warm talent pools for high-volume roles, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to reporting, quality insights and continuous improvement. Ensure recruitment activities align with compliance, standards and budget expectations, including adherence to legislation and policies. Key Competencies & Experience Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within high-volume or FIFO environments. Must enjoy working at pace; this is a world where quality and speed are equally key to success. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities. Coaching and mentoring experience within recruitment environments. Strong sourcing, screening, and proactive pipeline-building capability. High attention to detail and disciplined process management. Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards. Adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset.
