HR Administrator – Civil Construction Location: Maddington, WA Salary: $75,000–$85,000 super Role Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company Our client is a well-established civil construction contractor delivering pipelines, drainage, roadworks, earthworks and land development projects across Western Australia. With a strong reputation for safe work practices and reliable delivery, the business fosters a collaborative environment across both site and office teams. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support the HR Manager and broader workforce. This position plays a key role in recruitment coordination, HR administration, training support and compliance management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily HR support to the HR Manager and internal teams • Coordinate recruitment bookings, advertising, shortlisting and interview scheduling • Handle onboarding administration, contracts and new-starter documentation • Manage PPE ordering, allocation and tracking for site personnel • Coordinate training bookings, inductions and maintain competency/training registers • Maintain accurate employee records, licences, tickets and compliance documentation • Assist with general HR inquiries and provide support to site and office teams • Prepare HR correspondence, reports and administrative documentation as required Skills & Experience • Previous HR administration experience (construction, mining or manufacturing preferred) • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with site supervisors and project teams • Competent with MS Office and HR/admin systems • Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume.
