As a Governance Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of our governance frameworks and processes. Key duties include: - Preparing agendas and minutes for board and committee meetings and assisting with policy updates. - Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure all governance activities run smoothly and deadlines are met. - Playing a part in compliance activities, such as monitoring risk, staying up to date with legislative requirements, and maintaining internal controls. - Keeping governance records, registers, and reporting tools accurate and up-to-date will be key, along with sharing relevant governance insights to stakeholders. - Enhancing governance standards and processes. Your Profile We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong administrative and organisational abilities, capable of handling varied priorities efficiently. Excellent written communication skills are essential, especially for drafting reports and formal papers. The ideal candidate acts with professionalism, integrity, and discretion, and can build positive working relationships across teams, including liaising with executives and Board members. Experience in governance, compliance, or executive support roles is highly regarded, with a minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
