We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Reception & Administration Assistant to join our Perth office. About the Role As a Trainee Reception & Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation and provide vital administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering front desk reception services, including greeting visitors, directing enquiries, and managing incoming calls Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area and meeting rooms Managing visitor sign ins and ensuring stationery and materials are stocked Assisting staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding tasks Processing incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and recording correspondence Escorting employees to and from the airport as required Monitoring the general enquiries inbox and coordinating supplier responses Overseeing cleaning staff, conducting facility inspections, and ensuring cleaning standards are met Maintaining stock levels for housekeeping and office supplies and coordinating orders Managing uniform ordering, distribution, inventory, and replacement Organising and auditing the attic storage area and coordinating storage needs Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
