What you'll do As the Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Corporate Enterprise Solutions, Partnering, Planning and Performance and other key business functions. You will participate in a multi-disciplinary office team, primarily assisting with the delivery of key contractor procurement and management activities, other basic procurement activities undertaking project and administrative tasks and contributing to deliverables to support the objectives of Corporate Enterprise Solutions. You will will be required to develop strong relationships with internal business managers, services providers and other stakeholders and maintain an effective relationship with external agencies. About you We are searching for someone with: Proven business support experience in the preparation of contracts and the administration required for their progression. Proven experience and demonstrated ability in the co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting on contract performance. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, planning, organisational and innovative problem-solving skills, including the ability to achieve quality outcomes and meet deadlines. Well developed and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships and effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders Sound knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire sound knowledge of public sector legislative requirements, departmental policies and procedures relevant to the functions of the position.
