With a solid pipeline of design and construct projects, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team! About the Role: You will be responsible for the safe, coordinated delivery of projects, ensuring budget targets are met without compromising quality in line with contract conditions and ensuring delivery meets client expectations. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, including subcontractors and consultants. Duties Include: Manage multiple new build projects from pre-construction to handover. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals Develop and adjust schedules, budgets, and resources for on-time, cost-effective delivery Monitor project progress, address gaps, and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with building codes, and regulations, and promote safety and quality Contribute to a positive team culture that values hard work and making a difference. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients About You: At least 4 years of experience in construction, preferably in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. Sound knowledge of the Health and Safety Act and Regulations, environmental aspects and impacts, and quality assurance in construction Strong understanding and interpretation of complex technical specifications, drawings, and documents. Sound knowledge of design management. Significant knowledge of industry-based contracts Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Why Apply?
