The project is an 11-storey luxury apartment development (including penthouse, three levels of basement and approximately 45 high-end units). With procurement largely completed, the role is firmly focused on commercial delivery, giving you real, hands-on exposure to the nuts and bolts of construction delivery. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, who is known for a calm, approachable leadership style and a genuine interest in mentoring and developing their team. What you’ll be doing Managing financial processing across existing trade packages Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting Assessing and processing variations and progress claims Supporting commercial administration through the delivery phase Working closely with the PM and site team to keep the project running smoothly Using construction systems for document control and financial management (training provided where needed) What you bring 2–4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (or equivalent commercial role) Solid exposure to financial processing and cost control A proactive, eager attitude and genuine interest in developing your CA skill set Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with site teams Experience on residential or commercial builds is ideal, but strong commercial fundamentals matter most Exposure to Procore, Premier or Jobpac is a bonus — not essential Submit your resume outlining relevant project experience or contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
