They have won numerous industry accolades for the quality of the projects and they take huge pride in their quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth. Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2026 and 2027, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. Description Key responsibilities include: Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site Ensuring a safe site at all times Quality control and defect minimisation Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met Profile Selection criteria will include: QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice) Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical) Trade background preferred (carpentry) Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects up to $20m Job Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $170-190k super (subject to experience/skill level) Long term, secure employment with a highly stable business Reasonable expectations of work hours To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
