The Role We’re looking for a caring and capable Support Worker to join our team in beautiful Terry Hills. You’ll help clients live independently, be part of their community, and enjoy life. Shifts include mornings (from 6am), afternoons, weekends & a wakeovers and sleepovers – flexibility is key! What You’ll Be Doing: Helping with daily tasks like meals, cleaning, and personal care Supporting active, fun lifestyles and community activities Following positive behaviour support plans Keeping families updated About You: You're passionate, energetic, and love making a difference. You’re a great team player, creative yet organised, and build awesome connections with others.
