As a Senior OT, you’ll continue to provide high-quality clinical services while also stepping into broader senior responsibilities and development opportunities. Clinical responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy interventions aligned with client goals Conducting assessments using formal tools, observations, and clinical reasoning Completing documentation including therapy plans, progress reports, Medicare correspondence, and Functional Capacity Assessments Facilitating group therapeutic and structured programs Reviewing therapy effectiveness and adjusting supports to best meet client needs Working collaboratively with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary supports A key focus of this senior role will be overseeing and coordinating our student placement program, including building university relationships and creating meaningful learning experiences for future clinicians. Additional senior responsibilities may include: Supporting emerging clinicians and broader team development as required Triaging referrals and supporting service allocation Program development and service innovation Participation in senior team planning and service development Community partnerships and organisational projects About You You’re an experienced Occupational Therapist who enjoys both clinical work and supporting others to grow.
