About the Role As a Property Manager, you’ll manage a well-maintained Sunshine Coast portfolio with the backing of an experienced property management team. End-to-end residential property management Managing landlord and tenant relationships Routine inspections and condition reports Lease renewals and rent reviews Arrears management Coordinating property maintenance Liaising with trades and contractors Ensuring compliance with QLD property management legislation This Property Manager role is structured, supported, and sustainable.
