What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for clients with existing life insurance policies, supporting them with updates, renewals, and premium changes. Provide comparison quotes and assist with new life insurance applications at the client's request Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions to maximize retention and customer satisfaction Build strong working relationships with external underwriters and case managers to streamline outcomes Maintain professional, ongoing relationships with Compare Club members Partner with our Life Insurance Specialists and wider teams to provide a seamless client experience. Identify and act on opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within our existing customer base Collaborate with our offshore retention team to deliver consistent, high-quality services What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in client services, retention, or customer support. Background in life insurance or financial services (ideal, but not essential). Confidence handling complaints and navigating compliance requirements.
