Job Description MISSION : Coface is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our Debt Collection business across ANZ. You will develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships to achieve ambitious growth targets. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Coface’s debt collection portfolio. Work closely with the Debt Collection Manager and their team of collectors with onboarding clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships. Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns and ensure seamless service delivery. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold the highest ethical standards If necessary, provide training to any new Debt Collection sales staff
