What's on Offer? We have a very rare opportunity for an experienced FX sales trader to take ownership of building and managing an Australian Corporate FX team. You will be selling hedging solutions to mid to large corporate clients and utilising your network to build a significant presence in the market. About the Role As an experienced FX specialist, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing the corporate FX client base in Australia. You are expected to have a strong industry network, but you will also have the opportunity to cross-sell structured FX solutions to the existing client base. Once established, you will have the opportunity to grow a team and further expand the company's FX market share regionally. Responsibilities will include: Growing a book of mid-to-large corporate clients by utilising industry contacts and the existing client base. Successfully structure and execute complex FX strategies. FX trade execution and developing a close working relationship with the internal trading team. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and market changes and ensure compliance with all internal policies. Implement strategies to continuously grow and develop the business with the aim of managing and directing a successful Australian Corporate FX division. What do you require: We are looking for entrepreneurial, adaptable and motivated individuals who have worked in both a Bank and Non-Bank environment and possess high-level sales and structuring skills. The ability to market and structure complex FX hedging strategies is a must-have for this role. Previous management experience and the ability to grow and lead a high-performing team would be advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in financial markets or trading would be preferable. It is essential that this person is a team player who can see the big picture and work effectively in a global organisation that is rapidly growing and entrepreneurial in nature.
