Our client, Nasfund, a trusted superannuation fund in PNG is seeking an experienced senior executive to lead its Member & Employer Services Division. Reporting to the CEO, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across member services, employer engagement, branch operations, and service delivery transformation. The position plays a key role in strengthening customer experience, governance, systems, and digital capability in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will bring strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and support the Fund’s long-term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead Nasfund’s nationwide Member & Employer Services Division, guiding 160 staff. Drive operational excellence, digital innovation, and world-class service for 750,000 members and employers. Deliver sustainable growth in member contributions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Build a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and inspirational leadership. Strengthen stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and strategic partnerships to elevate Nasfund’s brand.
