With a collaborative team culture and an expanding footprint, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to take ownership of the AR function and contribute to the business’s ongoing success. The Role Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will be the standalone Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, responsible for the end-to-end management of the debtor ledger and supporting cash flow performance across the business. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of the Accounts Receivable function Daily processing of debtor receipts, bank fees and allocations Managing customer account queries including misallocations, reversals, missing transactions, and credit notes Preparing and distributing weekly customer statements Producing daily automated debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances Managing collections via phone and email, following up overdue accounts Allocating customer deposits and resolving payment discrepancies Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts Managing multi-currency invoices and credit notes Preparing weekly aged trial balance and cash flow reporting Completing weekly and month-end bank reconciliations Supporting financial reporting requirements as needed Using Excel to generate debtor analysis and reporting (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will bring: Ability to work in the office 5 days per week Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Strong experience in cash flow and aged debtor reporting Experience managing multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange (highly regarded) Exposure to large ERP systems Intermediate to advanced Excel capability (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines The Benefits Competitive salary package: $85K–$90K Super Parramatta location close to public transport Opportunity to take ownership in a standalone AR position Join a growing business investing in its people Supportive and collaborative team culture If you're an experienced AR professional looking for a role where you can take full ownership of the function, apply now!
