About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance and administration team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. Key Responsibilities: Daily processing of supplier invoices Monthly reconciliation of 30-day supplier accounts Assist with weekly payment runs and payroll Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding payments Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Complete weekly bank reconciliations Minimal accounts receivable, 3-4 invoices per week Assist with general accounts and administrative support as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero or similar) Construction industry experience (preferred but not essential) A positive team player with strong communication skills Why Join Us?
