The Position: Reporting to the Shared Services Manager your key responsibilities will include; Process invoices manually ready for approval and payment Manage coding of invoices Vendor creation and maintenance Ensure payments are made on time Communicate and maintain positive relationships with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, issues, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with outstanding invoices Maintain organised and up-to-date accounts payable files and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Validation of data Administration of rebates High volume reconciliations of bank statements, supplier statements Assisting manager with reporting The Candidate: Experience with process improvement and streamlining processes Self-determination, initiative and a proactive mindset Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work Demonstrated success in a similar role, showcasing strong technical expertise Tech-Savvy, with advanced Excel skills and experience with systems like MYOB, Sage, or Pronto Exceptional reconciliation skills with attention to detail in balancing various accounts Ability to delve deep into data, uncover insights, and resolve discrepancies and utilise your analytical skills The Benefits: Step into a role that celebrates innovation, values your contributions, and offers a future full of possibilities Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A company committed to fostering diverse an inclusive work environment Be part of an organisation focused on process improvement and transformation Parramatta CBD – close to train station Monday to Friday (8.30-5.00) 5 DAYS IN OFFICE $85,000 - $90,000 super In the first instance please apply online for additional questions please call Keryn Drew or Debbie Hannaford on 029891 7400.
