Position Overview Manteena is seeking Contracts Administrators to support the successful delivery of our projects. We are actively looking for talent in our Commercial and Secure Businesses. In this role, you’ll assist with contract management, procurement, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate contract execution, track progress, and manage variations. About the role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects on track—commercially, contractually, and operationally. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role that works closely with the Project Manager, Operations Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will: Manage contract documentation, procurement processes and subcontract agreements Track financial data including variations, cost codes, claims and reporting Support project planning through monitoring schedules, lead times and subcontractor performance Prepare RFIs, correspondence and documentation to reduce risk and maintain clarity Assist with tender comparisons, estimating, budgeting and cost analysis Coordinate project admin tasks for quality, safety and environmental compliance Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams and subcontractors Identify emerging risks early and escalate appropriately About you You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, proactive and confident working in a fast‑paced project environment. You will bring: 6 years local experience within a head contractor environment in similar roles.
