Job Description About this opportunity We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to play an integral part of the construction team in our Canberra office. This role will see you take on Project Manager responsibilities through construction phase of project delivery. Some key responsibilities include: Being the first point of communication with the client; managing expectations, resolving issues and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes Administration of Construction Contracts (GC21/AS2124) as the PAP or Superintendent's Representative Coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders in the project including authorities, developers, clients and contractors. Oversight of all matters relating to budget, resources, project health and project planning Oversee the contractor’s compliance on construction projects, with a strong focus on the review of their quality, environmental and safety systems Liaising with internal teams across a multidisciplinary office to resolve client queries and design challenges Advise clients on progress, risk, and delivery outcomes Be a trusted, visible presence on site and across project stakeholders About the Canberra Team As a company we share our key learnings and value our one team philosophy. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity.
