Location: Canberra Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline Security Clearance preferred We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ICT initiatives, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight across internal and vendor teams. Requirements Essential criteria 1. Relevant ICT qualifications and a minimum of 10 years' experience successfully delivering complex ICT projects and programs with capability to identify, assess and manage project, program and technical risks, constraints, dependencies and compliance requirements in Federal government ICT environments. 2. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers. 3. Recognised project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) and experience with/ and application of project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), including backlog management, iteration planning and release management. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for senior and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Demonstrated technical acumen spanning solution architecture, integrations/APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps (CI/CD), cybersecurity controls and data management.
