About the Role As the Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide timely and efficient support to enhance the school's operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing reception duties, including handling phone and counter enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining school records. Providing administrative support, such as processing correspondence, organising student transport, and assisting with school events. Handling financial tasks, including processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing financial data in OneSchool. Assisting with school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice in line with school policies. This role would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic school environment.
