This is far more than a front-desk role. You’ll be the face of the business and an Executive Assistant to three recruiters, providing essential support in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly while supporting recruiters in their day-to-day activities. Your tasks will include: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors Managing a busy phone line with professionalism and warmth Diary coordination and scheduling Providing recruitment and administrative support to three recruiters Database management Preparing documentation and correspondence Assisting with office functions and events Banking and filing General office administration tasks as required You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a similar receptionist or office administration role and thrive in a busy environment. You’re organised, motivated, and take pride in being one step ahead.
