Description Own planning cycles: budgets, rolling forecasts, driver‑based models and scenario analysis Build/maintain financial models for pricing, margin, product, branch and regional profitability Deliver month‑end insights: P&L review, variance analysis, KPIs and action plans Partner with sales, operations and supply chain to lift performance and cost efficiency Develop investment cases and capex reviews; support greenfield growth and M&A diligence Create dashboards/BI to improve speed and quality of decisions; push automation and process uplift Uphold governance (review): balance sheet recs, journals, indirect tax support (FBT/GST), audit preparation Mentor and review analysts work; upskill non‑finance leaders; drive change through clarity and influence Profile Background: Senior analyst/manager level FP&A or commercial finance in a large, complex organisation (few hundred million revenue). Public practice with relevant experience welcome; true industry/commercial exposure required.
