About the Role We are seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst - APAC to join our team in Melbourne. As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll provide the financial intelligence and commercial insights that power MCC’s decision‑making across APAC. You will work hands‑on with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to. Your Duties Drive sales growth by managing insights, commercial reporting, and sales intelligence for senior leadership. Maintain and update pricing frameworks, including quarterly pricing matrices and detailed pricing models. Support Project Optimus by managing updates within the Wave platform. Enhance commercial visibility by maintaining Salesforce Tiers, Segments, and reporting. Analyse market, competitor, and industry data to identify trends and strategic opportunities. Build and manage dashboards comparing external market signals with internal performance. Support budgeting, reforecasting, and long‑range planning cycles. Deliver clear and insightful management reporting, including price, volume, and customer‑level analysis. Identify pricing optimisation opportunities and support commercial negotiations with job‑costing deep dives. Contribute to Salesforce rollout across Asia and support broader APAC commercial initiatives. Travel within APAC as required and take a hands‑on role in ad‑hoc commercial projects. About You Advanced Excel capability. Strong communication, persuasive, and confident. Ability to perform complex analytical and mathematical calculations. Proven stakeholder management and ability to deliver through others. 5 years’ experience in Commercial Analyst, FP&A, or Management Accounting roles. Degree‑qualified in Finance, Commerce, Business, or similar. Experience presenting financial insights to senior leaders. Manufacturing industry experience.
