Our client is seeking a full time Payroll and Accounts Officer managing end to end payroll for weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards. The role is on-site Notting Hill managing Accounts and Payroll duties. Key Responsibilities -End-to-end weekly payroll processing for ~270 employees -Payroll tax, superannuation and workers’ compensation -Managing pay adjustments and payroll reporting -Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system -Responding to payroll queries -Operating as the sole payroll specialist for the business About You - MicrOpay experience is preferred - Exposure to BioTime or similar time & attendance systems is an advantage - Confident working autonomously as a sole operator - Trustworthy, detail-oriented and reliable - Happy to be on-site based Notting Hill This is a standalone payroll role, ideal for someone confident working independently and managing end-to-end payroll with minimal handover or supervision.
