Your Responsibilities As the Principal Education Officer (EOSD), you will play a key role in enhancing student wellbeing by: Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of wellbeing professionals, including psychologists, social workers, guidance officers (wellbeing), and youth workers who support students with mild to moderate mental health concerns. Partnering with Principals to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies and school improvement initiatives that drive positive outcomes for students. Fostering a culture of excellence, capability building, and evidence-based practice across the region, aligned with the Department's commitment to high-impact teaching, learning, and wellbeing support.
