GRIT Talent is partnering with a Queensland State Government agency to recruit a Strategy Program Manager who will lead a major initiative focused on reducing reoffending across the state. This role oversees program planning, stakeholder engagement, and statewide consultation to drive a coordinated and evidence-based strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a phased program plan, implementation roadmap, and change management plan • Plan and facilitate regional consultation forums with internal and external stakeholders (significant travel across Queensland required) • Analyse consultation outcomes to inform strategic planning • Draft strategy, planning and place-based documentation across short-, medium- and long-term horizons • Support outcomes mapping and development of the evaluation framework • Draft policy documents supporting the reducing reoffending strategy • Support internal planning and governance frameworks and work closely with the Enterprise Strategy team We’re seeking candidates with strong experience in strategy, planning, facilitation and stakeholder engagement , and the ability to travel regularly across Queensland.
