As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative and strategic support to the executive leaders to ensure seamless coordination of activities, effective communication and smooth execution of daily priorities across the leadership team. You will also provide office management support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace for employees and visitors. About you: 3 years' experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (essential). Demonstrated track record of supporting senior or executive leaders in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to quickly adapt to digital tools and workplace technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field (desirable).
