We're seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead pre-sales and delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior architect who enjoys shaping solutions, advising clients, and mentoring delivery teams across complex enterprise environments. What You'll Do Pre-Sales & Solution Shaping Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored D365 CE solutions Lead discovery workshops, solution envisioning, and architecture design Develop and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts Contribute to proposals, estimates, and statements of work Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle Architecture & Delivery Leadership Design end-to-end D365 CE Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes Provide architectural governance, best practices, and delivery oversight Guide teams through configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration Ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with Microsoft standards Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams Translate business requirements into clear technical designs Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives What You'll Bring 5 years' experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions Strong pre-sales experience with client-facing presentations Deep knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service , and Copilot Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) Experience integrating D365 with Azure services Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to drive adoption in low-digital-maturity environments Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or field service domains Nice to Have Microsoft D365 CE certifications Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience Industry solution experience across manufacturing, retail, or professional services What's On Offer Competitive salary and benefits Career growth and certification support Collaborative, high-impact delivery environment Exposure to complex enterprise transformation programs
