About the Role As our eCommerce Coordinator , you'll be the hands-on expert keeping our Shopify stores running smoothly across Australia and the US. You'll work closely with the eCommerce Manager and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Design, CX and Operations to ensure our digital experience is accurate, optimised and best in class. This is a role for someone who loves digital, thrives on the details and gets energised by seeing their work go live. You'll be comfortable moving fast in a start-up environment, juggling priorities and finding solutions when things don't go to plan. Responsibilities Site Management & Content Maintain product listings across AU and US Shopify stores Update homepage and landing pages for campaigns and seasonal content Manage navigation, categories and search functionality Publish and QA all site content Merchandising & Promotions Support product launches, sales and campaigns Set up promotions and discount codes in Shopify Coordinate updates with eCommerce Manager, Marketing and Design Analytics & Reporting Track conversion rate, AOV, sales and traffic Pull reports from Shopify and GA4 Identify opportunities to improve performance App & CRM Support Manage Shopify apps and test new features Build email campaigns in Klaviyo Assist with weekly reporting About You 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce or digital marketing Hands-on Shopify experience High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Understanding of eCommerce metrics and customer journey Comfortable working with Marketing, Design, Operations and CX teams Preferred (but not essential) Experience with Shopify apps, GA4 or reporting tools Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Familiarity with CRO, SEO or email marketing Experience with Klaviyo, Asana or Miro Graphic design skills Why Join Hommey?
