About the role: You will be responsible for identifying top talent within the Funds & Wealth Management market, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring seamless matches in the ever-evolving financial services industry. Manage multiple recruitment processes end-to-end from taking a job brief, writing job adverts, headhunting and managing ad response, screening resumes, conducting phone screening, virtual and in person interviews, writing candidate profile reports and presenting shortlists to clients, managing the interview and testing process, handle the offer and contract negotiation with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless client and candidate experiences; Procure new business through business development, relationship and account management activities and initiatives; Stay in touch with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging roles within the Funds Management space. This is a full-time position with a salary range depending on experience of $70,000 - $100,000 including superannuation. Qualifications, skills, and experience required include: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who is looking to take their recruitment career to the next level. Ideally, you will possess 4 years of financial services recruitment experience or adjacent industry experience.
