As a Recruitment Systems Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the ATO's recruitment and selection processes through both operational and technical expertise. This position combines recruitment knowledge with strong systems capability to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment activities. You will manage and maintain recruitment systems, including debugging and resolving technical issues related to ATO recruitment portal forms. You'll also update and configure JIRA queries and dashboards to support workflow visibility and team efficiency. In addition, you'll generate reports and ensure accurate data capture, enabling informed decision-making and compliance with legislative and policy frameworks. You will provide sound advice and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment processes while understanding the broader impacts of system-driven recruitment activities.
