In this role, you will: - Coordinate and support delivery of a complex program of social policy analysis and initiatives. - Provide strategic, practical, and solutions-oriented advice on policy frameworks and practices to internal and external stakeholders. - Exercise sound judgement and influence to balance client requirements with team priorities effectively. - Prepare submissions, briefing notes, presentations, documents, and correspondence on various policy and budget matters. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, while managing complex and sensitive policy issues. What experience you will bring: - Skill and experience in program and project management, or in supporting proactive policy agendas across teams. - Proven ability to prepare strategic, practical, and solutions-focused advice on multifaceted policy challenges. - A desire to lead and embark on change-focused initiatives in an impactful environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration and information-sharing across stakeholders and teams.
