The role contributes to divisional performance by coordinating divisional input to organisational budgeting, business planning, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational guardrails and drawing of the support of corporate enablers. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience leading business coordination or administrative support teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, preferably in the public sector or public land management. Proven ability to coordinate divisional or organisational business planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or public management are desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence, coach, and engage a multidisciplinary workforce.
