The Role Within this role you will be responsible for: Leading office operations for the Melbourne office, including managing one direct report (part-time receptionist) Coordinating office services across Melbourne office and other interstate branches Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of offices and a positive employee experience Overseeing facilities, work health and safety, reception coverage and front-of-house service Managing office budgets, vendors, invoices, catering and supplies Supporting internal and social events across offices Acting as the main point of contact for urgent issues and office incidents Cover front of house responsibilities, when necessary General ad-hoc administrative duties when required Your Profile At least 2-3 years' experience working in a corporate setting with proven experience in office management, facilities or a similar role Background in a corporate or professional services environment (legal, consulting or similar) Exposure to office refits, relocations or office improvement projects Previous experience leading or supervising staff, with a supportive leadership style Highly client-focused, welcoming and service-driven approach Proactive and organised, with a strong focus on relationships and continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid Microsoft Office capability Must be either an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Must also be available to work Fully onsite, 5 days per week.
