Due to growth, they have a newly created role for a Customer Success Manager where you will be the key point of contact clients (i.e. real estate agencies) across NSW. The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Success Manager will have: Property Management Experience: Proven track record within the property management industry, someone who understands the property management industry, can talk the language and knows the pain points Property Managers experience. Need to be tech savvy - Ideal candidate has a mix of PM and prop tech experience Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, manage challenging situations and internal teams.
