The Role Exciting developments across the brand have led to this opportunity within the hotel, with a core focus on overseeing the Front Office and welcome team. As the Front Office Manager you will lead a team of approximately 15-20 FOH staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence. Lead, train, and develop team members. Collaborate with Maintenance to address guest requests promptly. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and KPIs, which include labour costs and guest satisfaction metrics. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel. Be an experienced Front Office Manager from a similar-sized property Thrive in a flexible, less process-driven environment; large chain experience not essential. Demonstrate strong leadership, with confidence in managing and mentoring a young, dynamic team. Be guest-focused, hands-on, and lead with empathy to elevate experiences.
