Job Description The Application Support Analyst ensures the smooth operation of the organization’s ERP system Pronto (Xi) and related platforms. They resolve user issues, maintain system integrity, and support ongoing improvements. The role provides daily technical support, troubleshooting, configuration, and performance monitoring. The analyst also assists in planning and implementing new technology initiatives to enhance efficiency across Petstock. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Document, track and monitor customer requests using various software support tools (Jitbit, Jira, Confluence) to ensure timely resolution. Assist the development team with bug fix testing, feature testing, and deployment processes. Creating & updating IT documentation, training material, documenting processes and programs for both technical (e.g., IT) and non-technical (e.g., end users) audiences to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support Track and monitor integrations between core applications and external systems Be an escalation point for team members and support teams for system issues Collaborate with relevant departments to understand and capture requirements for system changes or enhancements, ensuring they are clearly defined and actionable. A tertiary qualification in information technology or related field or equivalent knowledge through training, application, or experience Experience supporting ERP software solutions; preferably Pronto (Xi) Proven experience in technical application administration Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of systems and integration technologies (e.g., APIs). Ability to interpret and troubleshoot system logs and error messages.
