This is a critical execution focused leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The purpose of the role is simple and powerful. To ensure decisions made by the CEO and COO are translated into clear action, executed consistently across the business, and delivered without slippage or ambiguity. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to operationalise the business operating system and cadence, refine systems once designed, and roll them out across the organisation. You will act as the connective tissue between leadership intent and team execution, ensuring momentum, clarity and results at scale . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Operating System & Cadence Own and run the company operating system and business calendar Implement and enforce leadership and board meeting cadence Manage planning, review and reporting cycles Set preparation standards and ensure adherence across leadership teams Track actions, follow ups and execution against agreed priorities Execution & Cross Functional Delivery Drive cross functional follow through on priorities set by the CEO and COO Ensure accountability across senior stakeholders and departments Attend senior leadership and board meetings, capturing actions and ensuring completion Identify execution gaps early and address them decisively Special Projects Lead CEO and COO driven special projects end to end Take ownership of delivery, timelines and outcomes Coordinate across teams and external partners where required Report progress clearly and concisely back to leadership Executive & Operational Support Provide practical executive support when required, including travel bookings, itineraries and coordination Support core HR processes in partnership with legal and finance, including hiring, onboarding and offboarding Assist with business critical logistics during periods of growth, change or travel WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You are someone who is deeply execution focused and highly organised.
