THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and data-driven Planner to join a dynamic Planning team within a fast-paced fashion environment. You will partner closely with Buying and cross functional teams to deliver the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This is a hands on, influential role where your decisions will directly impact performance, growth, and customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own and deliver merchandise financial plans, range plans and OTB strategies • Drive trading performance through detailed sales analysis, stock flow management and clear insights • Partner with Buying to build ranges that are customer led and commercially strong • Mentor and support Junior Planners, Assistant Planners and Allocators • Manage stock availability, aged inventory and maximise sell through across stores and online • Build strong relationships across Merchandising, Retail Operations, VM, Marketing and Production WHAT YOU WILL BRING • 2 to 5 years experience in retail planning within a fast-paced environment • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence outcomes • Advanced Excel capability with confidence across Word and Outlook • A strategic yet agile mindset with the ability to make clear, timely decisions • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style • A values-driven approach grounded in integrity, bravery, innovation and optimism WHY THIS ROLE • A high-performing, supportive team culture • Genuine career development and learning opportunities • Autonomy, ownership and exposure across the business • A fashion-forward environment where impact is visible and recognised If you are a Merchandise Planner thinking about your next step, or even quietly open to a conversation, I would love to speak with you. paulmcnulty@jivaro.com.au 0402 349 332
