The Department At the heart of SBS, Audio and Language Content has over 60 language teams engaging audiences in conversations on Australian and international news and current affairs, and connecting communities through stories and providing settlement information. We deliver services across radio, podcasting, online and social media. The Role Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Audio Program Administrator will play a critical role in providing high level administrative services and support to the Audio & Language Content teams. Key responsibilities include: Rostering for a group of language programs, including providing advice and support to the Executive Producers and Program Managers as it pertains to the rostering policy and the program resource requirements Contract management, including the generation of contracts, processing of contracts and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner Managing and coordinating recruitment for language programs Coordinating travel bookings for producers to ensure a seamless travel experience About you We’re looking for someone who brings: A proven background in comparable administrative roles 3 years minimum experience in generalist administration Experience in rostering is highly desirable (e.g. TANDA) Must have excellent communications skills and attention to detail Feel like you meet most, but perhaps not all the criteria listed?
